This film was recorded when a group of us walked to the top of beautiful Carn Fadryn in North Wales. The wind picked up and we found ourselves stood on the trig point pretending to fly. It was a very special moment for all sorts of reasons.

'Sense of freedom' - exactly! We had left the kids for a few hours with the baby sitter and could relax after a demanding day.
We were blown away! Very nearly. -

It's how I feel when up the hills in the Lakes. It's a sense of freedom, but a sense of reverence. You feel privilaged to be there, and the history of the place. It possibly like that hundreds of years ago.
